The Challenge: Grainger, a global leader in industrial supplies with over a million products, faced low brand awareness among Maintenance, Repair, and Operations (MRO) professionals. They needed a campaign to highlight their extensive product range, fast delivery, and 24/7 customer support.
The Solution: Grainger launched The One’s campaign, putting MRO professionals—their customers—at the center of the story.
By portraying them as the heroes who tackle tough jobs with Grainger’s support, the campaign highlighted Grainger’s reliability and problem-solving capabilities.
As part of the campaign, we created two commercials that brought this message to life, with three additional spots currently in production. The campaign has already driven a significant increase in brand awareness and business growth.

The Ones campaign focuses on telling the story of Maintenance, Repair and Operations pros (MROS), the often unseen heroes that keep businesses running, by showing that Grainger was there for them. In the early days of the campaign, we were challenged with small media and production budgets, so we initially relied on stock footage, b-roll footage, distinctive VOs and high-energy music to bring our story to life. As the in-market results proved the campaign resonated with our MRO audience, the budgets increased and we evolved the campaign into fully produced, higher-quality spots.
